Perhaps the most futuristic vehicle in Detroit, Ford’s Airstream prototype suggests what an SUV or minivan (or a combination of the two) could look like down the road. A lounge-lizard interior complements an electric propulsion system, which uses a hydrogen fuel cell to recharge its batteries.
